Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
This slow cooker chicken tacos recipe is easy to make with just 3 ingredients for flavorful, super tender, shredded chicken. Spoon the chicken into warm tortillas for a very tasty meal any day of the week.

Ingredient:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Cooking Step:
Step 1 – Prepare the Chicken:
Place chopped onion and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add chicken breasts on top.
Step 2 – Season and Cook:
In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken.
Add diced tomatoes and drizzle olive oil over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
Step 3 – Shred and Mix:
Remove chicken and shred using two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with juices.
Step 4 – Assemble the Tacos:
Warm tortillas. Fill each with shredded chicken and desired toppings like cheese, avocado, salsa, and a squeeze of lime.
