Ingredient:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 overripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Cooking Step:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Combine oats, banana, eggs, almond milk, honey, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Remove the blade and fold in chopped strawberries.
- Divide batter evenly between 4 ramekins and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
